My heart wells with joy as I watch this Sunday morning's worship drama at Shiloh Baptist, the church I'm privileged to pastor. Located on a busy street, Shiloh's imitation Gothic building stands watch over a low income neighborhood just a few blocks off downtown Edmonton's inner city. As a congregation we minister to underclass and underworld subcultures, although most of the membership commute from the suburbs. Formed in 1910, Shiloh is the oldest African-Canadian church in Edmonton.
