Permissive Accountability

The 9th aspect of swarming is Permissive Accountability, which is part of being Collaborative. What does “permissive accountability” mean? It means this: that swarms clear as many barriers as possible out of the way of their members so that they can say “yes” to doing anything that achieves the plausible promise.
